With a menu that includes signature jerk chicken, sweet plantains, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, Jerkies reflects Chef Jeff’s commitment to quality, culture, and creativity. A classically trained chef with a background in French cuisine and a degree in business, Jeff is also the founder of Chef Jeff Catering and Jeffrey Morneau Atelier, blending fine dining, design, and immersive hospitality experiences.
